Price Increase 7/1/26. Vacation September 28th to October 5th. No classes or sessions will be available as I will be out of town.

Class Schedule:

  • Monday: Reformer Level 1 5:15 pm

  • Tuesday: Mat and Chair L1 at 4:30 pm

  • Wednesday: Tower L1 at 4:30pm

All classes require a 4 hour notice to cancel or you will be charged a $10 late cancel fee.

 It is strongly suggested that new clients start with (3) private intro sessions or the intro equipment classes.  All level 2-3 classes require instructor permission.
