A full-body strength training class using the TRX suspension and dumbbells. Engage all of your muscles with the most functional and effective strength training tools you've ever experienced. Build strength, improve balance, flexibility and increase your muscular and cardiovascular endurance all in one non-stop 50 minute workout. If you have injuries modifications will be provided. Format: 5-8 minute warm up 30-35 min workout circuit style 10 minutes of mobility and stretching.
