This all-levels Pilates equipment class blends Reformer, Tower, Chair, and Mat work for a full-body workout that builds strength, alignment, and mobility—without overwhelm. You’ll move at your own pace as we layer each exercise with intention, progressing from the basics to more dynamic, flowing movement. It’s fun, challenging, and totally doable. What to Expect: • Reformer, Tower, Chair & Mat for total-body strength and control • Layered progressions that meet you where you are • Smart, intentional movement that supports posture, flexibility & flow • Small props to support and deepen your experience All levels welcome.
