This Reformer class is for anyone interested in longevity and a healthy body at any age. We will go through the workout on the reformer then work on balance with one leg exercises with a pole. Strength using heavier weights, springs and bands. You will leave feeling strong and powerful. *it is required that you have a minimum of 3 Private Pilates lessons before entering this class.
