Description
Flexibility and mobility are important aspects of training and recovery that will keep you moving efficiently and without pain. Our Flexibility & Mobility Classes will leave you feeling rested, restored and ready to crush your next work out. Modifications will be offered, but expect to spend time kneeling, as well as on your belly and back. Bring your own mat & foam rollers are provided. I will have 2 mats at the office in case someone forgets their mat. If you can't make it in person, sign-up and join us virtually.
