A restorative class to improve posture, balance, and flexibility through slower, intentional movement. Each session introduces the fundamentals of Pilates, and we’ll incorporate optional props like the Magic Circle or a small ball to enhance your workout and add variety. Whether you’re just starting or looking to reinforce your foundation, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, aligned, and ready to become a valued part of our community!
