Description

A dynamic small-group class (max 4) that combines work on the Pilates Chair with the Mat. This class builds strength, control, and balance with exercises done seated, standing, and everything in between. Prior Pilates Equipment experience is recommended. Bring water and wear comfortable, fitted clothing. Prerequisites: I strongly recommend taking 3 private classes to become familiar with the apparatus and making modifications. Cancellation Policy: To avoid penalties, please cancel within in the 8 hour window prior to class. Packages are available!
