New to Pilates? This beginner-friendly Tower class combines essential mat work with spring resistance on the Tower and using small props. The pace is slow. * Pre-requisite: I strongly recommend at least(3) private lessons so you have a good understanding on the apparatus or take 5 into to equipment sessions. *This class is not suitable for pregnant clients or clients with spinal conditions or injuries such as herniated disc, stenosis, osteoporosis just to name a few.
