New to Pilates? This beginner-friendly Tower class combines essential mat work with spring resistance on the Tower and stability from the High Chair. You'll move at a steady pace, focusing on breath, form, and alignment for a full-body, low-impact workout. Build core strength, improve posture, and leave feeling taller, stronger, and more energized. * Pre-requisite: I strongly recommend at least(3) private lessons so you have a good understanding on how to use the equipment. *This class is not suitable for pregnant clients or clients with spinal conditions or injuries such as herniated disc, stenosis, osteoporosis just to name a few.
