Form and Flow is where strength meets control. This session is all about building stamina, mastering movement, and unlocking your body’s full potential. With a focus on the classical Pilates repertoire, you'll work through intentional, controlled movements on the Reformer and other apparatus, focusing on building strength from the inside out. Every exercise is designed to refine your alignment and boost your endurance, all while pushing your limits and staying in control. Get ready to power up your practice—this is where real progress begins, and your body becomes stronger, more aligned, and more controlled with every session. Please READ! * Pre-requisite: I strongly recommend at least(3) private lessons so you have a good understanding on how to use the equipment. *This class is not suitable for pregnant clients or clients with spinal conditions or injuries such as herniated disc, stenosis, osteoporosis just to name a few.
