With a focus on the classical Pilates repertoire, you'll work through intentional, controlled movements on the Reformer and other apparatus, focusing on building strength from the inside out. The pace is slow! Please READ! * Pre-requisite: I strongly recommend at least(3) private lessons so you have a good understanding on how to use the equipment or take 5 into to equipment sessions. *This class is not suitable for pregnant clients or clients with spinal conditions or injuries such as herniated disc, stenosis, osteoporosis just to name a few.
