Curious about Pilates but not sure where to start? Join me for this small-group session (just 4 people max!) where I’ll guide you through a beginner-friendly workout using the Reformer and Tower. This class blends gentle strength-building, stretching, and stability work using spring resistance to support your body and help you move with confidence. We’ll go at a comfortable pace, focusing on proper form and body awareness so you leave feeling stronger, more flexible, and totally refreshed. No experience needed—just a willingness to move, learn, and feel good in your body. I’ll be there every step of the way to help you feel supported and successful.
