Reformer Intermediate L2
Description
Our L2 Pilates classes are for those who know their way around the apparatus and are ready to move with confidence, flow, and a little fire. You should have a solid grip on the Pilates system—exercises, transitions, spring changes—and be able to move with minimal cues from your instructor. This class moves at a moderate to faster pace, deepening your practice and dialing up the challenge. You’ll need control, body awareness, and a good sense of the repertoire. If you’re nursing an injury or still getting comfy with the basics, this might not be your jam just yet. This class requires owner approval to join and If you sign up and have not taken a private lesson or have my permission, you will be removed from the class.
