Pilates L1 Mat
Description
The Beginner Pilates group class is for those who are new to Pilates and are looking to improve posture and increase core strength. This class will teach the essential techniques and create a strong foundation for continued work and growth as a student of Pilates. Your instructor will guide you through exercises to increase your abdominal strength, spinal health, and body awareness. The instructor will increase the amount of exercises and the level of the exercises while offering modifications to allow for individual differences.
