As you build strength, flexibility, and confidence on the reformer, you’ll discover just how empowering Pilates can be!

Level:

Ideal for those new to the Pilates reformer and seasoned clients looking to revisit and refine their foundational skills. Come prepared to elevate your practice! 

Prerequisite:  New Clients must first complete a Pilates Mat Class or Private equipment session to ensure safe use of our apparatus.  If you have any spinal conditions such as herniated discs, stenosis, scoliosis or osteoporosis or you are pregnant, it is advised you seek a private lesson.
