Melt away summer tension and alleviate muscle aches & soreness with Form Roller Certified Instructor, Lisa. Foam rolling can be used before or after workouts for preventing delayed-onset muscle soreness, or on their own for tending to knots or stiffness related to misuse, occupational use, or poor posture. Modifications will be offered, but expect to spend time kneeling, as well as on your belly and back. I will have 2 mats at the office in case someone forgets their mat. If you can't make it in person, sign-up and join us virtually. You can use your 10 visit fitness pack for this class.
