Are you a newbie to Pilates? This class is your perfect starting point! It’s designed to support new participants as they learn the essentials, while offering a fresh challenge for those returning to deepen their skills. With a focus on foundational movements, form, and breathwork, you’ll move through each exercise at a comfortable pace, ensuring proper technique and alignment. Level: (Intro) this is a requirement to enter small group equipment sessions or you can take a private session. Ideal for those new to the Pilates reformer and seasoned clients looking to revisit and refine their foundational skills. Come prepared to elevate your practice! Prerequisite: None. If you have any spinal conditions such as herniated discs, stenosis, scoliosis or osteoporosis or you are pregnant, it is advised you seek a private lesson. Packages Are available for purchase.
